I was out and about in London last week and ended up drinking in a tiny little pub with a not so well known comedian called Tim Vine which made me wonder, does anyone have any stories about B or C lists celebrities that they met or ended up drinking with?

When i was about 12 or so i also apppeared on "The Movie game" with a past king of B-list celebs, one Phillip Schofield. We didn't win though for 2 reasons. firstly my partner was completely rubbish and i ended up answering all the questions myself and secondly the team we were up against got their question wrong towards the end but were given another chance. It completely shattered all illusions i had that these childrens quiz shows were fair. We did get some bizarre questions as well like 'In the police academy films, what was officer Hightower's first name. (answers on a postcard please.).... Anyway to the point, who else has
been on tele and was that a fix too.
IM NOT BITTER HONEST!

I went to see England vs Switzerland right at the start of Euro 96, where I was subjected to a real minor-celebrity fest. First of all the opening ceremony featured Mick Hicknell of Simply Red, but behind me the real celebritydom was taking place as Chris Evans signed people's programmes for them and looked generally ginger.

This was when he was popular. If he ever has been popular that is.

I work at Oakwood Theme Park in Wales and last summer CITV came down to do a party in the park sort of thing. Well it was about 10.30 in the morning and I was walking around the park and went passed the water ride.

The presenter i think is called Daniella or something like that, had just been on it and was about to do a advert to advertise the programme. Well she was soaking wet and they told her to take her top off and change it for another. All i have to say is a nice view.

Later i was on my break and on the show they had girls @ play. Nice ladies they were. There were two security guards who only let two employees go in the same room as the girls. The only reason we wanted to go in was because the pool table was there.

Why stop us, what to they think we are going to do? There were about 4 security guards in room anyway.

I will not meet a more over rated band than them!

Tim Vine! That man is the god of the unknown celebrities. Be careful though, he is a t****r. Check out a thread I made a couple of months ago called 'and the award for sickest joke goes to...'. Tim Vine won my special award for the joke he made live on Children In Need about hijacking a plane - about a month after the Sept 11th incident. Not a very pleasant man at all.

Not many stars up here in Newcastle, the most famous people I've met were some Greek football team who came up to play Newcastle a few years ago. They walked into Top Man where I was doing my work experience, looked around, and left. That was it.
