has anyone completed the objective where you have to race the coppers around London. It's doing my head in, the darn coppers keep running over me.

I've just completed this goal just this minute. It took me a couple of goes to do, but it really is a matter of practise. Try and go round the signs instead of over.
If you think this one is hard wait till you have to skitch on the back of a Police bike around London, you keep having to switch sides due to them hitting you with batons. Now that's hard.
