There are, obviously, many different categories of alcohol drinkers. Upon realising this I decided to set myself a challenge, which was to identify the different groups and see which sort of gamers they were.

No. 1) The beer drinkers.

The beer drinkers are the most common species of gamers. They like to crack open a few cans of beer, sit back and enjoy an action or sports game.

Age range: 14-30

Typical favourite games: Goldeneye, Duke Nukem, Quake, Fifa 2003 etc

No. 2) The vodka drinkers.

The vodka drinkers are the ‘harder’ drinkers. They generally enjoy playing harder games, sat in a darkened room, occasionally sipping from a brown paper bag.

Age range: 30-40

Typical favourite games: Command & Conquer, Age of Empires etc

No. 3) The Non-alcohol drinkers

The non-alcohol drinkers generally like to play on Disney/Barbie games whilst drinking some nice cold lemonade, yuck. The majority of them live with their parents and sleep with the nightlight on. They haven’t, yet, been led to understand the wonders of alcohol.

Age range: 4-14

Typical favourite games: Barbie race and ride, Donald duck’s Quack Attack etc

No.4) The sherry drinker

The sherry drinker generally has a pension scheme and lives in a nursing home or a dirty old terraced house in Rotherham. They either despise the gaming world and brand it ‘the tool of the devil’ or play such titles as pong and space impact on a dusty on console.

Age range: 50 – dead

Typical favourite games: Pong etc

No.5) The cocktail drinker

The cocktail drinker is generally a trendy, stylish young woman who spends all her time clubbing and not enough time gaming. She probably doesn’t know, or care about the gaming world.

Age range: 18-30

Typical favourite game: Going out and getting blathered.

No.6) The absinth drinker

The absinth drinker is a crazy paranoid psycho who lives in a world of flashing colours and distorted noises. The only games that make sense to them are colourful, weird games.

Age range: 20 – 40

Typical favourite game: Tetris, Mario tennis and various Disney games. Also Eternal Darkness because of the warped ‘insanity’ effects.

No.7) The tequila drinker

The tequila drinker generally lives in Spain or Mexico. However tequila drinkers in England tend to live in flats above take-aways, and are generally voyeurs.

Age Range: 30-45

Typical favourite game: The Sims

No.8) The liqueur drinker

The liqueur drinker is evidently a fan of smoothness, and like this to flow easily. They will generally play PC games and spend up to £1,000 a month upgrading to make it run perfectly.

Age Range: 35-40

Typical favourite game: Roller coaster tycoon

No.9) The whiskey drinker

The whiskey drinker only enjoy the finest, priciest, malt whiskey. They can’t afford a console or PC and so the only chance they get to play games in o ntheir mobile phone.

Age range: 40+

Typical favourite game: Snake or Snake II

No.10) The gasoline drinker

The gasoline drinker is generally a deluded psychopath, often referred to ‘the scum of society’ or ‘that one who stole my handbag.’ They spend most of their money on games and so have to resort to drinking petrol station’s finest unleaded.

Age range: 16-25

Typical favourite game: Grand theft auto 3, Vice city etc

I'm at least 16 years older than I thought!

Judging by your last post I would say you're probably just illiterate and are infact looking at the phone bill.
