If its not available on Ebay i doubt you will be able to find one.
try www.blackstar.com (or co.uk) they sell deleted or hard to find things. DVDs, videos games etc.
if they dont have it they will do there best to find it for you

It's a long link :) Make sure you delete all the spaces so it's all joined together in the address bar.
