A Healthy Diet:
The PS2 makes sure it has a very varied diet, consuming many healthy products. It is important for it to get plenty of vegetable matter, and though it may not like it, the PS2 eats plenty of it from time to time. Games like Army Men are the sprouts of the gaming world, and the PS2 tries its very best to swallow these, though it certainly doesn`t chew and let the taste linger.
There has to be plenty of bulk material, which we might see as rice, pasta and potato. The PS2 has this in its extreme sports, racing and 3-d action games. These wide genres provide that extra carbohydrate to keep the PS2 running. Of course, this doesn't provide a truly balanced meal, so there are other things the PS2 needs.
Beat 'em ups. The protein of the gaming world. A good fighting game is everything a growing PS2 needs. Where we have chicken, the PS2 has Tekken, its all there, allowing the PS2's muscles to grow to an impressive size. Its also true though that one can become too muscle bound, so toning and endurance training is needed, but what better to provide this than an RPG? All that running, battling, talking and flying, it must really wear the PS2 out, keeping it in excellent shape.
No diet is complete however without occasional special treats. The little gems like Grand Theft Auto and Metal Gear Solid really fatten up the PS2, so have to be taken in moderation, but they are the perfect way to compliment a nice meal. They are the dessert, and ones that you wish could last forever. Christmas dinner of course is an exception, with the best of every genre coming out each year to show off its stuff and allow the PS2 to engage in gaming bliss, turning it into "plump station" 2 for a short time.
Varied Skills:
Its not just about what you do at school, later in life, people always want to know what else you did. What were you doing in your evenings? Did you have any hobbies going in your free time? Do you consider yourself a team player?
Well, in school of course, the PS2 is very dedicated, experimenting with all kinds of subject matter and trying to be as versatile as possible. As has already been covered in the PS2's diet, the PS2 has many skills in gaming, and is capable of skillfully handling all kinds of subject matter.
It has superb language skills, and is quite capable of conversing happily with people all over the world. Back in its native Japan, it was taught all the languages of the world, and upon hatching in whichever factory its life started, the PS2 has happily chatted away to its hosts.
Artistically, the PS2 likes to express itself in rather strange ways. Unhappy with the idea of playing along with all the other consoles, it decided to expand the barriers of art in the form of bizarre adverts. Still hard to comprehend, these complex images are a deep insight into the PS2's mind, a dark place where incredible wonders are born.
The sciences of course are where PS2 excels. Its mathematical skill is second to none, and its physics top notch. In every project the PS2 undertakes, it makes sure that the results reflect the time invested. With games like Metal Gear Solid, the time put in was well worth it, and PS2 was justly rewarded.
After school, the PS2 doesn't stop to rest. Of course, it does need its sleep, but all evening it tries to learn new skills and adapt to new tasks. Already it has mastered the art of DVD playing, and attends regular classes to improve upon this skill. Only a few months back it passed its second exam and progressed to DVD Player 2.0. Who knows what else the PS2 will take on next? Could it be photography, video playback, digital recordings? We look forward to future reports!
As a team player, it has to be admitted that the PS2 was a slow starter. It was quick to find a friend, and often joined in with a 2 player gaming, but it was a while before a multi-tap was released and the PS2 became friends in a group of 4. Over the last year a few more games have been able to use the i-link facility, allowing PS2 to really link up with a large group of friends, exanding greatly on its team building. But it is yet to take the final step... though it does promise that early next year, that barrier will be breached, and the PS2 will be friends with the whole world, via online networking. An exciting prospect, and one that many could find very enticing.
Family:
As everybody knows, the importance of family can not be ignored. The PS2 is very lucky in this respect, coming from a strong line in family playstation. With its ancestors all part of Sony, there is great strength in the PS2's genes, and with the support of the Playstation the PS2 is well equipped to succeed. The Playstation has taught PS2 everything it knows, and PS2 has taken these lessons to heart, perfecting those skills and expanding them further. In a few years perhaps it will be ready to create the next generation, though for now, that is a long time away.
The All Rounder:
With an extremely healthy background, and the skills to take the PS2 to great heights in this world, I feel I can truly call the PS2 a good console. Whatever you ask of PS2, it will try to provide, and very often succeed. Now if only it had a girlfriend...
You didn't expect to win, did you?
Lucky sod
How many GAD's is that now?
Congrats
Very nice.
