Howard Finkel: Rumble In The Jungle continues. The following contest is scheduled for one fall and is a Fatal Four Way "Escape The Cage" Match for the WWF Hardcore Championship. Coming down the aisle first, from the Jersey Shores, weighing in at 245lbs, Kanyon!
Kanyon's theme plays and the crowd boo as he emerges from behind the curtain with a bottle of water in hand. He takes a sip and throws it, before continuing to walk to the ring. Kanyon observes the large cage, and the weapons scattered in and taped to the sides of it. He walks around to Howard Finkel, takes his mic and climbs the cage. He goes up to the top rung and begins to speak.
Kanyon: What do we have here? A steel cage and some weapons - no big deal, but the three idiots that I have to deal with is what angers me right here. I will prove to you and them that nobody is better than Kanyon. Who's better than Kanyon?
Crowd: Everybody!
Kanyon: Ok, let's try it again. Who's not better than Kanyon?
Crowd: Everybody!
Kanyon: Heh, just what I th...
He is interrupted by the sound of heavy guitars and the crowd erupts for Hardcore Holly. The camera cuts backstage, where we see Crash talking with Hardcore.
Hardcore: Look, steel cages with weapons tied to them are not one of the signs of the apocalypse. Now I've gotta go...
Crash: But...
Hardcore turns around and hits Crash over the head. Crash holds his head as Hardcore walks out to the ringside area.
Howard Finkel: Coming down the aisle, from Mobile, Alabama, weighing in at allegedly well over 400lbs, Hardcore Holly!
Holly walks out with a smug look on his face. As the strobe lights flash around, the crowd cheers him, he stops and stares at Kanyon, who is begging for him to get in the ring. From behind, Crash Holly attacks Hardcore and the two begin brawling in the entranceway, much to the appease of Kanyon, who looks on with a smile on his face. They are interrupted yet again by a heartbeat and Cyprus Hill, as Tazz makes his way to the ring.
Howard Finkel: Their opponent, from the Red Hook Section of Brooklyn, weighing in at 262lbs, Tazz!
The action stops everywhere and the Holly’s prepare themselves. The crowd cheer, and Tazz emerges from the crowd, surprising Hardcore with a stiff cane shot, and he beats him down. The crowd cheer, as Kanyon looks on, with a smile on his face once again. Tazz kicks down Hardcore and turns to Holly, who begins to kick Hardcore after a slight hesitation. Tazz joins in and the two decimate Hardcore together. They each grab his hair and ram it into the cage from the outside, where he falls to the floor, with the crowd egging them on all the way. His enemies, rammed into the cage door and finally thrown into the cage, where Tazz and Crash follow, then pick up Hardcore. The match is officially underway, signaled by the bell ring.
There are clear teams made here: Crash and Tazz .vs. Hardcore and Kanyon, and this is exhibited as the action is vastly split up, following a four-man melee, of course. The main action is between Kanyon and Crash, where Crash is taking it to Kanyon as any big man could. Crash swings Kanyon and blasts him with a Dropkick. He runs at Kanyon, who is evidently slower than Crash, but Kanyon manages to keep him at arms length with a Tilt-a-whirl slam, knocking the wind out of Crash. Kanyon climbs a turnbuckle and goes for an Elbow Drop, but Crash moves and he hits his elbow hard, and the crowd cheer for Crash to recover. Crash recovers, swings Kanyon, just as the action switches to Hardcore and Tazz.
Tazz is punching Hardcore numerous times, so many so, that he goes back into a side of the cage with an incredibly hard punch. Hardcore pulls a nightstick off of the cage, oblivious to Tazz, and blasts Tazz over the head with it, sending him to the floor. Crash turns Hardcore around and a two-on-one beating to Crash begins with Hardcore and Kanyon. They blast Crash with a Double Powerbomb, as Tazz begins to recover. Kanyon and Hardcore each grab a chair and go for a Conchairto, but Crash ducks, and they smash the chairs together, sending immense pain through their hands. Whilst they’re in agony, Tazz nails an Overhead Belly to Belly Suplex on Hardcore and Crash blasts Kanyon with a Bulldog Headlock. The tandem focuses on the bigger man – Kanyon, kicking the hell out of him. Hardcore grabs a glass pitcher and blasts Tazz with it, sending glass and debris flying everywhere.
Crash climbs the cage, trying to make an easy escape, but Hardcore grabs his legs and Powerbomb’s him back to the ring mat hard. Tazz, blinded by the glass, fumbles around, trying to orientate himself. He punches around, and knocks Kanyon to floor, before doing the same with Hardcore. However, he also accidentally nails Crash with the stiffest punch you will ever see. Tazz clears his eyes and sees that he’s the only standing wrestler in the ring. Tazz grabs the nearest person, who happens to be Hardcore, and locks in a Tazzmission. Crash, angered by Tazz, kicks Tazz to the head and begins to punch him, totally ending their tandem agreement.
Crash then climbs the cage, but is then stopped by Kanyon calling his name. He turns around, to see Kanyon and Hardcore with their hands out, offering a partnership of sorts to Crash. Crash hesitates, looking at a fallen Tazz and an angry crowd, who are throwing drinks and other rubbish into the ring. He climbs down the cage, walks over to Kanyon and Tazz, stares at them and hesitantly extends his hand to them. They shake it, and raise arms in unison, solidifying a partnership against Tazz. All three beat down on Tazz, kicking him and giving him a heinous beating, much to the angered distain of the audience, who are cheering for Tazz as loud as they can. Crash picks up a chair and blasts Tazz over the head with it, as his partners in crime hold up Tazz for the kill. Tazz falls to the mat and Kanyon and Hardcore taunt the crowd. Crash swings his chair, and nails Kanyon and Hardcore, turning on them. He spits on the mat before discarding the chair and climbing the cage.
He slowly climbs, a rung at a time, before reaching near the top, when suddenly, the crowd cheer as Spike Dudley is seen in the audience. He speeds down and climbs up the side of the cage that Crash is trying to climb down. He shoves Crash, sending him 16-feet down to the mat, as the crowd gives Spike an amazing ovation. Spike jumps down and watches outside the ring. Tazz is the first one up.
He climbs the cage and gets to the point where he can climb down, when Kanyon and Hardcore recover and quickly chase Tazz. They grab at his leg, but Spike quickly notices and climbs up, trying to pull him over the cage. Tazz manages to land a hard kick in the face, sending Hardcore down, but Kanyon is persistent in his assault. Spike pulls as hard as he can, and Tazz comes one step closer to winning. Tazz and Spike together use their strength to overpower Kanyon and send Tazz over the top, to the floor.
Howard Finkel: The winner and new Hardcore Champion, Tazz!
The crowd erupts as a referee rushes over to Tazz and hands him the title. Tazz kisses it, before running back with Spike, as the three other opponents give chase.
Congratulations to our new Hardcore champion, Tazz (Mouldy Cheese.)
A few things. It was quite short, compared to what we were expecting at the PPV, and next time you write a match, put the people's names that own the wrestlers, next to that wrestler's name.
Understand?
Keep it up though.
