My friend keeps talking about S of E is it really gory and what about the weapons he also said that you can blow up building with your rocket lancher first you fire it into a building door then fire comes out of the windows then the building collapses is it that good???

Depends on what you call gory really.
If you think decapitating someone with a shotgun and beating their corpse to a bloody pulp with the head is gory....

Buildings don't collapse. And it isn't really that gory. Just a bit of blood 'n' guts.

Flames and smoke do pour out of the window though.
