I have it as a GAD claim. :-)

But still £42 is a bit pricey, especially for somewhere like Special Reserve.

Without a doubt, SR provide an excellent service and have done so for many years now. I think most people are happy to shop here for this reason, and also save a few quid off the shop prices. As I am never bothered about getting games on release dates, I look for the best price, or sometimes just pick up the game off ebay second hand. However, I would guess that the majority of SR members are loyal, hence no reduction in prices.

yea I know what you mean on some games the reason I shop from them is because usually they bring the games to you in inpeccable condition for release date but not recently must be because of xmas or something.

I have seen it as low as £32.99 and £31.99 (free delivery) at other online stores. SR prices can be quite expensive compared to cheaper online stores, but I think they can get away with it as they are so well known and have a large customer base.

As I said in your thread in the Customer Service forum, a major online competitor has it for £34.99 with free delivery. Even another major high-street chain have it at £34.99 on their website at £34.99, and they're not known for discounts on software!

Plus, that online competitor quotes an RRP of £39.99. Methinks either it's a typo, or the SR buyers got shafted!
