You already got the place, just check your map list and you should find a place called the 'sarina desert ' or suming like that, there will be a treasure box that you must open to get her weapon
As Dagfern says, make sure you have the right case set for every letter in the word, and make sure you have the spelling perfect. Check you haven`t already opened up the area as well, as you may have done it, not realised, then tried again with no success.
