Some people have been saying that the new series of Alan Partridge is no where near as good as the previous series. I think it as good, if not very slightly better. Any thoughts?

I never liked the series myself, but I've found myself laughing at this new one on more than a few occasions, so I'd go with funnier.
Last episode I saw had me creasing up with his comments to security, and his "table" in the living room. ;)
