does anyone have this ....if so how is it.. .....please be honest

i live within 3.5 kms of my exchange does this automatically mean i will get a 2mbps service......i just dont understand it all

I've got business 500. I would sugest this over the home package if the price goes down in april. Alough its a few quid more you seem to get a better level of service and support. Only ever been off-line for a few hours and i've had the service for nearly 6 months.

BT Openworld Home 500 is a 500kbs service, no more.

You can only get a higher service if you go for a business package.

Also, wait till April 1st, the price will drop by a full £10.
