"i need help with harry potter & the chamber of secrets"

i've got stuck on the bit where i've got the incendio spell and i'm in the first chamber again. i can't get out. i can see the buttons on the wall that were behind the fire, but how do you get onto the wall? it,s too high!

They have walkthroughs on, im sure they cover this game too.

are you in the room with the 4 hanging balls ??? cause right now im stuck to but in a different spot i am suppose to go to the restricted library but i cant find the pic i am suppose to go through and when i go bak to hermoine all she says is go to the 2nd floor?? if you can help me that would be great
