I 2nd that totally.

MM2 is still a great racer especially so if you have access to the internet on a regular basis (MM2 multiplayer is seriously good fun)

I don't have many racing games on my PC, but I would recommend the Need For Speed series. I have Road Challange and it's a good racing type game, and whats you can download tons of new car skins off the web.

On a similar line is Midtown Madness 2, I know it's been out for a while but it's a great game.
