Does anyone know a reliable way to get the securicar? I'm doing Akuza's final missions at the cartel building yard, so I've got the one from doing Donald's missions. I stupidly lost it though, and need one. Does anyone know a reliable place to aquire one from?

I've got one now though thanks. I drove round the stadium in a Barracks OL being mindless and destructive and came across one around 1:18.

I usually see lots of them on Staunton at the beginning or end of the day - if that's any help?!
just drive around endlessly until you see 1.
