I read that MS send you a subscription code via email when you sign up. This allows you to create you gamertag and play online without waiting for the starter disk and communicator. The only thing you need is a XBox Live game either MechAssault or Unreal Championship. This means Savatt that if you order it tommorow you can be playing me and a few others from here at Unreal Championship tommorow. You wont be able to hear or speak but you can play. Only these 2 games will work as they let you create a new gamer tag when you select XBox Live. Moto GP will NOT work as its main game is not XBox Live enabled, the demo on the starter disk is the only way you can play Moto GP online, and of course you wont have that yet.
So I hope to see a few of your gamer tags in here tommorow. Also say if you interested in a Unreal Championship game tommorow night. Email me at [email protected] or post a message on here. Need a total of 7 people to sign up for the game so we can have 2 teams of 4 :)

I've got the code, but my Broadband modem for Tiscali doesnt arrive until tomorrow, and my RJ45 cable is coming off someone else - though I may go on a quest to get one stragith away tomorrow so I can get on, going to install the NI card tonight.

I would play the games now. In all the games I go in hardly anyone talks. If they do talk its always to moan about being killed. I normally play with my mic muted, and then if I want to talk then I un-mute myself. If you want a game of UC then email me or post a message here.
