Medal of Honor or
007:Nightfire or
Metroid Prime. The build up to metroid has been phenominal but you know how some games can be over hyped, this makes me unsure about getting it.
007:Nightfire has terrible reviews and people claim it is repetitive and too much like the other bond games, making this an unsensible buy.
Medal of Honor. I had never played any of this series until I claimed Medal of Honor and Underground as my first GAD win. I fell in love with the game, although it was in 32bit glory with jerky controls. The reviews are good and the graphics are eye melting. Im guessing this will be the game I will buy next.

I highly doubt it's over hyped, every single review has rated it as the best game on Cube and as one of the best games ever. Even the PS2 guy on IGN said it was an amazing game and worth getting a Cube for.
Everyone who's imported the game on the forums has said it's amazing.
Beleive me this is gonna be one hell of a game.
I'm getting all 3 of the games you listed, i'd probably go for Medal of Honor over Nightfire me thinks.
It's a pretty good game IMO, plot is essentially this:
Samus gets infected by alien parasite.
Samus is forcibly removed from her infected powersuit via surgery to save her life.
Samus is injected with metroid hatchling DNA as a vaccine to kill the parasitical cells in her nervous system.
Samus is now a weird hybrid, w/o a powersuit, who has loads of inate abilities in her new found form.
Space station where samples of the parasite and her corrupted powersuit were sent loses contact with the federation.
Samus is sent to investigate.
I actually liked it, it was an interesting change from the original Metroid games, because in this one everytime you kill one of the parasite aliens your powers increase; eventually unlocking more of your new abilities. It also looks pretty, and has some very nice mangaesque cutscenes to carry the story along. From what I saw of the "not actual footage" advert, and what I played, it would appear that your final adversary is your infected powersuit itself.
Methinks I'll be getting this game along with a few others, to go with my new toy. ;)
