That is apparently the hours it takes to complete the upcoming Gamecube game Starfox Adventures.

After giving an Interview with the gaming press at Las Vegas, Shigeru Miyamoto stated that the gamecube title he was most impressed with was Starfox Adv.
He claimed that it was a title that made him proud of what the gamecube could do, saying that it is a beautiful game.
Not very often the man comments on other peoples work like that, a nice feather in the cap for the Stamper Brothers me thinks.
The Japanese Genius then went on to say that the Gamecube title will have a whopping 100 Hours of Play! Now this news is great, considering that Zelda Ocarina of time had just 50 Hours for full completion, this title will be absolutely massive.
And it's supposed to be released in Europe for the Summer!
Not only is the completion time with that game a surprise, but Miyamoto made it clear also that the European release of Luigis Mansion will be more advanced than its American and Japanese counterparts (Like MGS2).
Apparently Europe will have a longer quest, more items to collect and so forth, dispelling the comments that went with the title saying it is too short, for Europeans its different- we of course will have a larger LM game on our hands.
Nice one Nintendo.

Exellent. I hope Starfox adventures is good. I managed to get my Dad to like the N64 Xelda games, but will he like this?

Japanese gamers must be pretty rubbish- Zelda OOT did NOT take 40 hours to complete as Miyamoto has been saying- it took about 10 hours, and then 5 hours with the extra sub games and quests.

Where do they get these time figures from?
