Er, to my knowledge, if you preordered a PS2 you might get one in November and if you are unlucky you will then get one in Feb/March. My question for the forum to discuss is in 3 parts.
What is known about the release dates for:
a) PS2 on the shop shelves for all
b) Gamecube ditto
c) X-box ditto
If you don't know for sure, please don't guess, but if you know the latest post it here please. (So I know when to start saving.)

The Gamecube is maybe released late next year after the US release at around summer time i can't believe those american b*&*(&* get what they want again.. Yes, it's a shame but maybe with customer power we can force them to release it earlier here. People that are loyal to nintendo deserve their consoles earlier. Why don't developers have some fans of theirs that can help them decide what games, people are looking for the most and how people want something new to be released. They could take part in their meetings and be named the fans spokesman or woman.
NO if it's released earlier it won't be as good!! you saw the change on Perfect dark, the Americans had it first and got rid of our Face mapping option, which was a good idea but could of lead to mass killings on a global scale, instead we got a faster game, and as if the game wasn't big enough as it is now, you still moan because there was one tiny thing missing, and it would have cost you an extra £60 for a GB colour to get the pics!! the Americans are our Guinepigs, we test things on them first and then improve it for ourselves to get the best results.
I played an American Mission Impossible, it was alright but it had some werid words like, lavatory instead of toilets, duh, what a stupid mistake.
