hey i jsut wondering ifi cud have a bit of help on gta 3 as i want vice city for xmas but due to my file being deleted (sister damn her) i had to start again after a lnog break on the second mission of staunton island where u are under surviellance from the mafia the first part is to shoot 2 mafia men on an island in the park the enxt is a van parked by a bbuilding..both no problemo but wen u are sniping th men up on the balcony i shoot from thr ground and there is a blue asrrow remainnig which is indicating a man hidden and i cannot hit him from the ground is there somehwere else to shoot from or is there some way to kill him and he is the final man on the building

cant fully remember the last mission-think its the one where you have to kill cartel at the dam and save that woman!-class mission-cant believe you cant do it! i done that in about february-ive moved on to better things like vice city where the girls are pretty!

Go to Kenji's Casino (across the road from the building with the people), then climb up the stairs, go right, and there should be a roof, with a helipad, from there you can easily kill the enemies on the building opposite.
