1/ when defending hold [](square) to get your computer controlled defenders to move and tackle the attacker with the ball. This is incredibly good tactic if yo think your mates gonna use the through ball as you can then track the runner whilst getting the computer to close down the dribbling player. (the computers useless at this!)
2/ Hold ^(triangle, their really should be keys for this on a computer!) to bring out the goallie, if you use this very early when your opponant has just got through you can get your goali to slid tackle the attacker on about the 30 yard mark. This comes off a lot of the time.
3/ 1-2, to do this press X when holding L1 to pass then press ^ to play a through ball back to the original passer. You have to time the ^ well but this is invaluable on a 2 on 2 situation.
4/ corners, turn your corner tacker towards the goal a little bit (i give it 3 taps usually) then give it 2/3 power without any curl, you often get a man running in free to head it in.
5/ The Chip, a tiny chip is very good if your inside the area and the goallies coming out to meet you but not so effective if outside the box because it often drifts wide.
6/ Penalties, USE THE ANALOGUE STICK! If you do this but dont push it all the way in the direction you shouldn's put it wide. If you use the d-pad it often goes wide seemingly at random.
that 'll do for now, ask questions about pro evo if you like as i play it all the time! sometimes around my mates house we play it for 6 hours straight at the weekends. I really should get out more eh?
All of my football is based around one touch give and go passing. Just keep spreding the play until one attacker is free to recieve a through ball.
Havnt played Pro Evo for about two days mind. That is a very long time by my standards. Gonna have a huge session on it with my brother tomorrow.
If you continue posting the hints here, you will not have a chance of winning.
