Yay, I'm getting a new computer next month, I'm still not totally decided on the system specs, but neadless to say, they'll be enough to power some of next years biggest games.

Sweet computer dude, bet that cost a bit.

I'm surprised that anyone can decipher what this "notable" posts. His writing is a disgrace.

Roll on the day when SR let the people vote out notables cos he certainly shouldn't be one.......

ATI 9700 Pro is a pretty good card although the drivers written for it arent that great you will probably find crashes esspecially when coming out of 3d games into 2d environment.

The main differences I am going for are

ATI 9700 Pro card - kills the Geforce hands down
Soundblaster Audigy 2 & Creative Labs Inspire 6.1 6700 speakers
(Possibly the best sound setup money can buy without spending £500+
Corsair RAM - simply the best
The Iiyama monitor - I assume the Pro454 is absolutely magnificent

I recently upgraded from a 1Ghz to a 1.53Ghz, and there was no difference :O(((

I see §n][pe® is being his own pessimistic self again. Actually I can see console dieing out if they rely too much on online games, being that online gaming is a bit crap and boring.
