Ok one of the web sites that we do has a form on it and the band have a new manager, they would like if poss when the form is sent that as well as the manager a copy goes to one of the band, is it poss to add a BCC to the form? its the Freeola form that I am using.

Hi Hmmm yeah success thats nailed it we had created a new email for the job and the senior bandsman just wanted a copy of any emails whilst the new person gets settled in just so as nothing would be missed, just tried your tip the now and it has worked so every one well pleased many thanks.

Hi Digi,
Not actually a BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) but if you just want your FORM to send to two addresses then this is what I do.

Create your FORM as normal - i.e. sending to a Freeola address.
Then setup email forwarding on that address and put in two accounts separated with a 'space'.

Then when someone uses the FORM both addresses will receive a copy.

Depending on how you have things set up, you may have to create a new Freeola address just used by the FORM so that all your emails aren't duplicated.
