My friends had it and loved it, from what I saw it was a nice hack and slash game. In a button mashing kind of way.

I really liked it. It's nice and hard to complete fully as well. Not as hardcore as Ghosts n Goblins (or was it Ghouls n Ghosts?) but still pleasingly challenging in these pathetic, fluffy times. Well worth it at that price, I'd say.
