Aargh! I'm gettign spacky arm twitches!
My left arm appears to be ticing, or spasming.
Plus I got a ganglian (sp) on my left wrist, severely limiting movememnt of the hand, last time I had one I went to a doctor, who said it would go away. So I'll have to wait then.
Um, I wonder if it's to do with holding that Xbox pad the other day ;-)

I'm not entirely sure what the title means, but I feel very sorry for your arm. Why not go outside and look weird?
