Maybe, maybe not, it seems. The game is incredibly text heavy, but you'd expect that being a 'communication' game, so translating to English is what's taking all of the time.
So however long will it take if it also has to be translated into |French, German, Spanish, Italian and the like? Could this stop us from getting such a game?
I seriously hope that it won't, but in the past the US has gotten Japanese RPG's released there that haven't made it to European - even Chrono Trigger wasn't released here, considered by many to be the greatest SNES RPG.
I'd love to see it myself, it's different, and looks fun.
But what of those other odd Japanese Nintendo titles, what chance have they of coming to these shores?
Well it looks like Nintendo are currently analysing the USA market, to see if Animal Leader and Doshin the Giant would be successful there. Surely US gamers are crying out for a bit of originality, and would love to see these games? I know that we would here in Europe.
Which raises another question, does Euroope come into consideration at all? Could it be decided that it would suit a European market, but not the US one? Shenmue 2, didn't get released in America, but was released over here, right?
Are Nintendo going to start looking at us separately, or will will be just a third link in the chain from Japan?
I guess we just have to wait and see.
I can't wait to see if it does, I'm nearly peeing myself with excitement!
Just kidding, but I honestly can't wait.
> I really hope so as Ive been wanting it for ages
Same here - Hope so cause Ive been waiting for a long time!!
