My boyfriends brother built me a computer and put windows xp perfosenol on it but i find that certain games i play crash and restart the computer and it wont install simcity 3000. so is it my computer or windows xp have you had ne problems with it?????

What you could do is phone up the Microsoft system help number (should be on the back of the XP box). I've phoned it loads of times and it's always worked for me - it's alot easier than installing another running application again.

Have you checked your memory is ok?

I had Win2k installed on my PC (which I built myself) and it kept crashing. Ran a memory checker and that was faulty, swapped memory, everything is now running smooth.

I heard that some games aren't compatible with Windows XP - but it could just be the specifications of your PC.
