Can anyone suggest a good Platformer? I was told Jak & Daxter was the best on the PS2, is this right? What about one of the Crash Bandicoot or Rayman titles? I noticed one called Maximo could be pre-ordered; has anyone already seen this?

At the minute, all i can comment on is Jak and Dax, as thats the only one that i actually own, but its very good. The game play is great and there is plenty to do with many missions for you to carry out. The graphics too are very nice indeed and its a pleasing change from all guns galore.

I too have heard good things about Herdy Gerdy, might be worth a look.
