Two weeks tomorrow we'll be getting our X-Box's and most probably everyone will be getting Halo. We've all heard of how great it's single and multi-player is but would you want to wait another few months for one vital ingriedient.
Of course I mean online.
Halo is coming out on PC and if it has online over us X-Boxers I know I won't be the only one who isn't best pleased with Bungie and Microsoft.
So really I just want to hear your views on whether you would wait those extra months for a more complete game, or need to suckle the Ambrosia from Microsoft's teat.

If Halo ends up being a massive success, Bungie will make a sequel. All companies do it, its common sense to milk a successful game as it sells.
Plus we'll have other online games to look forward to such as Unreal Championship which is looking amazing. :-)

If we waited for an online version of Halo, we would be waiting for ages. The Americans dont get online gaming until the summer, so think when we will get it. Maybe 2003, but then you need broadband.
Anyway Halo is playable online NOW(well 2 weeks time) if you have broadband. Also a online version will be released as soon as online gaming takes off.

Still, I don't have a boradband connection yet so the online thing wouldn't really effect my purchase of the game. In the future who knows ? Maybe there is a Halo 2 being developed with online ? It makes sense !
