Games Consoles have brought me a lot of pleasure.
It's one of the few things I can do to keep myself amused.
I live out in the country and there ain't much out there I can do.
My N64 has certainly kept me happy.
Because I have great games like Zelda64, Mario Kart, Goldeneye and THPS2.

My favourite game so far is Zelda64. I like it because there are so many different things to do and so many different places to go.
It took me about 3 months to complete and I was over the moon when I finally completed it.
It was one of the hardest games I had ever played on my N64 in fact it was the hardest game I'd ever played.
Zelda64 sure is a tough challenge, no doubt though there are bigger fish out there to catch.
I'm certainly looking forward to catching them.

The game I am really looking forward to is Perfect Dark, Made by (You Guessed it) Rare Ware.
Rare are famous for making brilliant games.
Perfect dark proves that they have had a lot of experience.
Throughout Nintendo's rule in the games market Rare have stuck by their sides.
Without Rare Nintendo would only have a small handful of games to Gloat about such as ; Mario Kart64 , F-Zero-X and of course the fantastic ExiteBike64.
I hope Rare Stick with Nintendo for the foreseeable future because if Rare left Nintendo, Nintendo would loose a lot of sales and profit.

That time, If and when it happens, is a long way of yet so hopefully we'll have lots of great games to look forward to.
Perfect Dark2 is an unconfirmed release on the GameCube and if Perfect Dark is anything to go by then Perfect Dark2 ought to be a huge success.

There were days though when we were all sitting with our eyes glued to the TV screen playing a two player tennis game which had a square dot for a ball. Thus the video games craze was born.
Because of this we have learned to make bigger better consoles like the X-Box.

Ok the X-Box may look massive but it plays like a fish through water.
Games like Halo will no doubt prove that.
The X-Box is one of the most anticipated console releases of all time.
Weather it'll sell out like the PS2 did or not we will have to wait to find that out.
For now though all we can do is reserve our copies and start to daydream about the great times we will have with our X-box's.

Thanks for reading. :)

I agree with you completely there.

I would probabaly be sitting on my sofa bed at home staring at a black T.V screen if it weren't for videogames.

Video games though have been known to lead poeple to a life of crime, thanks to games like Resident evil or Grand Theft Auto.
Not always the case though.

Most of the time it's self inflicted.

Videogames saved me from a life of crime. No of course they didn't, but I often wonder what I would do with my spare time if it wasn't for gaming. I love the feeling of buying a new game and getting lost in its virtual world. For me it's escapicism and meditation - my way of shutting out the stresses of the real world.

It's one of those games that Rare have said they're working on, but have released no info on it, except don't expect it in a hurry!

i found perfect dark alot harder than GE and more enjoyable.
(shooting dead guys in the head and watching the blood run was abit to do with it.)

also oot is quite diferent in curtain way to majoras mask as in MM its alot to do with masks where as oot you need to use your sword skills and items more.

I also found Goldeneye a lot harder than Perfect Dark, but I still got further on Agent mode on GE than on PD, quicker!

I also only just got Zelda: OoT, and it is brilliant! I think that I might complete it quite quickly, as I have experience from playin Majora's Mask first.

And Strafex, how can you believe that PDZero is a whole 2 years away???
Surely it'll be out early next year, if not before x-mas, like expected!
