The Final Fantasy X demo funking rules and oh the intro video...*drools*
You MUST buy Final Fantasy VI just for the demo....
Oh and don't wanna ensue panic here BUT...
Once FFVI is sold out it MIGHT not be back in the shops..EVER.
Ohhh the intro video...gahaghaghga *drooools*
Best tenner I have spent in ages!
a) There are massive black borders
b) The character movement is poor and jerky
c) The voice acting is of Army Men standards
d) It isn't anything I haven't seen (or played) before
e) It should give you the whole beginning bit, not just the boring 'escape with Auron' bit.
Okay, so it is an Okay demo, and its great to play Final Fantasy, but if the actual PAL conversion is like this, I'll kill myself. AND, when I do get the actual game, the first thing I'm gonna do is press 'mute'. Sorry Nobuo, but to not have to hear that annoying voice is worth sacrificing your godlike music. :-(

I don't support borders but I don't mind them. Half the time I don't even notice them. They don't take up 2/3 of the screen, or anywhere near that - 2/3 is more than half! And before you say that I haven't played any games with borders on, well I have, I own Onimusha, DMC, FF6 and all the Res Evils.

and I'll tell you whats wrong with borders, they can take anything up to 2 thirds of the screen leaving the game in a tiny animorphic section in the middle spoiling the entire game. With most TVs supporting the 60hz mode and widescreen TVs becoming more popular these should no longer be around, WHATSOEVER!!!! So if you like playing your games in a tiny box then oh dear, and if metal gear solid 2 has borders I'll return it and buy the import :-D

Same here, I'm not going to buy games with very thick borders, I've got an AR V2 so I can rent em and finish them before their due back a good example is Onimusha2 if it has thick borders like the first one, I'm not buying it.
