The problem with the European gamers being treated so badly in relation to US and Japanese gamers I feel has gone on for long enough, but it will never end. The reason why European gamers are treated so badly is for several reasons. The first is that ALL computer game hardware and sofware) is produced(not in the exception of Xbox) and released in Japan first. The Japanese are fanatical about computer games, and as they develop the things its fair that they should get it first, but more often than not the get an inferior product. The reason why the US computer games market gets it before us is because of numbers- more people in the US than in Europe that would want to buy computer games, so they get it first. the second reason is that due to Japan and US being available in NTSC format, unlike Europe and the far east being PAL, so translating games apart from in language terms is quick and easy. Thats why we get the delays, the abuse, but all in all, as the prodct evolves through being in the Japanese and US markets, ultimately we get a better product in the end. Remember- "The best things come to those who wait..."
The japanese don't fancy alot of shoot em' ups they prefer those dance em' ups. Is Perfect Dark still called Red and Black in Japan?

Yes, they did shut Nintendo Uk, but they use THE Games as the British arm of Nintendo. Japan is the forfront of techology, it has been said that they are about 5 years ahead of every other advanced country in the world, becuase they can concentrate on this because they cant spend on any military.
The Uk is thought to be not so important to them. Not even Nintendo cares. It doesn't even have a HQ here. What we need is a UK nintendo HQ so release dates don't slip and shipping in is faster.
The US and Japanese market is more better for them because they make more money there than here. All the consoles get released in Japan first because all the people like Miyamoto come from there, there are not many talented people who could start a new console themselves anywhere else.
