Looks like Nintendo's remake of Disneys Mulan. Just look at the bottom writing and the sea. Is Link in China this time?!?

And the Boat looks like Vikings are back in fashion.

Let me just clear this up...I think the name of Link's new adventure is rubbish but the game is going to be something special. Can't wait.

p.s Darkus could make a better logo. And that's in a nice way.

amos, I think you may be right in saying that :-)

Shame though, because Epona ruled and the Boat doesn't look as great. I'd use to love jumping on Epona and riding aroudn Hyrule. A greta gaming moment that, probably one of my best.

I think Links going to be doing his fair bit of island hopping in this game.

Well...Its just that a 'Ship' isn't as good as something that you would care for instead of wooden object.

after reading the shigsy interview, i gather that the sail boat in wind waker is parallel to epona (ie just as important) in the previos two games. i could be wrong but the boat will play a major part in getting from one part of the game world to the next.
any opinions?

It's not that bad... But the old one was still much better!

I reckon it'll be used for this game only, and it says to me that the boat has great importance within this new game - perhaps even more-so than we have been thinking all this time.

Isn't Zelda released next Friday in Japan?

first of all, i agree that the logo looks plain/boring and the sword/shield combo is missing but...
i like it! i agree with evil~dark that it keeps with the toon shading style of the game. but is it just me or can ye remember too how we were all complainin bout the new style when we first saw it.
i recon that in a month we will be accepting it as we now accept the toon shading.

EXACTLY what I thought! But what does this mean? Hmm...probably nothing. :)

Give me a little artwork and I could make the logo like they have in Fireworks or Photoshop and I suck at it.

Its nothing special, it looks kinda 'Retro' and The title is just red and the logo is very.. Boring.

The title has of crouse kept to the Cel shaded theme but image the Sword and shield all the same like the others but in cel shaded it would look great.

Also its kinda too wide...
