As I live in a rather remote part of south wales I have to travel quite a way to get to a good games shop the nearest Game.uk 45 mins away. went there expecting to buy a controller and a game or two and went there at about 5 mins before closing time. And as iI had expected they had a good selection of games on offer and good preowned games searched through em and found a copy of timesplitters at 24 quid second hand and a new one at 35 quid. Went up to the counter expecting to go away with a good deal, two minutes searching for the game they said "Its been disorganised after christmas break". and someone tried to but in try to sell me unreal 5 quid off and I said "no unreals not as good as splitters" and quite rightly walked of with a new timesplitters whilst they looked at as if I was somekind of freak try to get them p*ssed off. put in any unusal story if youve had ones like me

I just pick up the game, go to the counter, hand over money, recieve game! Taddaa!
Although once in WHsmith, I had to wait ages for them to find the game. They told me to go, and come back later when they had found it!

My story aint quite like yours. I went to get a game from EB, everything went well, but i wasnt really paying attention to what they were doing. Anyway, handed the money over and bought the game and walked out, checked the case as i always do and inside was no disk!
I marched straight back in and politely told them what had happened, but they didnt believe me. It took me an hour to get the disk they owed me, and only after i threatened to speak to the manager.
