Sony are to invertigate a case in which an owner claims her dog was eaten by a Playstation.

Fiona Towland (43) from Akron in the American state Colorado claims that when she was walking her German Shepard, called Squibbles, it received an unprovoked attack from a Sony Playstation:

" It was horrible, I threw a stick into a bush for Squibbles to fetch. The next minute the leash came flying out my hand and I walked over to the bush. I was like, OHHH MYYYY GOOOD, my poor dog was inside this grey box... I didn't know what to do, I just started crying, *sniff* "

As strange as this sounds it was proven that the German Shepard had infact been eating by the Playstation. Ms Towland took her dog/playstation to her vet, Mr McBaw:

" Well yes I was in shock. This thing was brought into me and I wasn't sure if I should be looking at it or some kind of computer technition. Luckily my new assistant was also studying Computer Electronics at University, so I called her in and we both had a look. We managed to take a piece of the cover off to be confronted with the dead which seemed to have been swallowed whole and had been digested as a snake does. "

Ms Towland then contacted her lawyer on what to do. Mr P. Rick didn't wish to give a statement on his new case which goes to court on May 3rd.

" The money will mean nothing to me " said Ms Towland.

" I just want to feel that I did something to help my poor dog Squibbles. And I feel we must stop these stray consoles attacking any more helpless people or animals "

This incident is not on it's own. Earlier in the week a mother claimed an N64 killed her son.

A man has been arrested with these incidents and is being questioned by Police.
