Halloween H20 didn't make me move an inch, and as Vottanator said, I found it rather funny how he kept coming back after dying many, many times. As said in my Halloween 8 topic, that guy wasn't even Myers! Myers is back in 8, and so that was either a cop or an ambulance driver (or so it is speculated). I doubt that either could survive it - maybe a becrazed criminal :0)

I know, when I was about 12 I actually used to find 'slasher' teen movies quite scary, but now they are just funny

The film ever is possibly Halloween H20.

Lets count how many times Myers died.

1) Axe in the chest.
2) Impaled on a flagpole.
3) Stabbed 6 or 7 times in the stomach/chest and then thrown out a 15 foot window.
4) Thrown out the front windscreen of a truck.
5) Run over by a truck.
6) Thrown off a huge cliff.
7) Rammed into a tree trunk by the corner of a falling truck (he spasms so you know its painful!).
8) His head is chopped off.

What I want to know is when the director watches that film, do you think he says to himself "Wow! I've made an excellent, scary film here" or "Oh my God! I have ruined by career. I have made an unintentionally hilarious horror movie!"?

KC rules!

"Who is your daddy and what does he do?"

"Our mom says our dad's real sex machine..."

ROFL!!!

"National Lampoons Vacation is pretty darn funny too."

Yeah, I liked Golf Punks the best, but Loaded Weapon was also brilliant. Animal House was good from what I can remember and so was Steakout (if that was a NL film. It starred Emilio Estefes anyway :D)

"Happy Gilmore has to be a contender. I can remember the first time I ever watched it, my sides were hurting because I was laughing so much. There are extremely funny jokes all the way through the film. Especially the bit where he hits a golf ball 400ft down the road and hits a bloke on the head. That film is a comical masterpiece."

Too fecking right mate! Best...comedy...ever (that I have seen mind you). I am yet to see any K Smith films except Dogma and any Monty Python yet. I really must watch some more old-school comedy!

If you think long and hard and try to remember the movies that made you laugh more than ever, i think you'd probably be surprised.
I was going to say 'Clerks' or 'Wierd Science',and although i love those films with a passion,i thought about the ones where i hurt after it ended.
They've got to be:-

Take the money and run.
And,
What's up Tiger Lily.

Both Woody Allen movies ,both need checking out if you have not watched them.

Basically.......it's anything starring Jim Carey!
Liar Liar's also funny, especially when he's in court and he cannot lie!

Yes sir; most definately the thinking man's comedy. Though I would be in more agreement with the Mallrats portion of your answer.
