The most annoying would be Mario.

He makes those stupid noises.

Com'on! You have to admit that them stupid noises do your head in after a while.

Mario, because he never says a damn thing apart from "yahoo" under his breath when you dive into the slime portal things. That's not to say that the others aren't annoying as well though.
