"The problem with Cliques"

Are there any people here who are friends outside the forums? Its just that even though I have been here a short while I have noticed cliques that like to treat newbies badly. I don't want to name names as I don't want any trouble, I am just making an observation. It just seems that cliques have formed and people outside those cliques are treated differently

Actually even then it might not have raised a smile...Ho ho, just my own little joke: us newbies need to make each other laugh.

I don't think you've got anything to be sorry about: it was hardly copying, more just joining in. And because you don't have three million posts behind you, you got treated differently.

I know shaneo from school, but apart from that i don't know anyone else who lives in chelmsford on here.

Yup. There's just double standards going on. I mean, okay, your post wasn't very funny ;). But if you don't like something then just ignore it: there's no need to get sniffy with people who've just arrived. If it starts getting to the point where newbies have to go to regulars to get approval for a new thread then there might as well not be a forum.

I don't think I actually know ANYONE who lives in Bristol like me!! Well, yeah, there are maybe one or two like mandatare who live in Bristol, but i've never met, spoken to personally, or contacted them in any way!

So no, as far as I know, i'm alone on these forums.
