Lo'there!

The names Josh, last name, Stumped, well, it might as well be, as I seem to have hit a dead end after uploading my shiny new website to Freeola via FTP/Filezilla.

So, to make a long story short (sort of);

1. Website was made in Dreamweaver CS6, tested in DWCS6, and further tested in Forefox 19 and IE 8.0.

- My web building knowledge is limited, and as such, I use AP DIV's, further centered in an AP DIV, which uses a CSS wrapper style, in order to center my content.

- The only problem I came across was in IE (surprise surprise), where an AP DIV with a BG colour, acting as a content backdrop, embodied an invisible appearance. This problem aside, all content/appearance works/looks as was designed to.

- As my website is going to have a very limited audience, I chose to leave the issue until further notice.

2. Website was uploaded.

3. Website is not functioning properly.

Should you wish to see the fallout, the website address is - www.joshuabatsonmedia.co.uk

I am also aware that pro dev's frown upon the use of AP DIV's, but I have made another website which uses AP DIV's, and it works seamlessly ><

If after viewing the website or reading my long-winded post, you think that you may have a solution, or wish to ask more information, please feel free to post away, as admittedly, I am having trouble understanding why it works locally, but not on the Internet =

High-fives in advance!

Glad you've got things sorted.

I can see your new 'css/centered_in_browser.css' file but as I mentioned your earlier CSS/wrapper.css version wasn't available online - which may explain why it was only working locally for you.

Howdy, Good Sir! Good news! Problem resolved.

To summarize, before I make a swift move to work, there were conflicting positioning parameters between the styling sheet and the content wrapper, so, I decided to make a whole new one.

As for not being able to locate it.. You're guess is as good as mine, considering the file was uploaded alongside every other file.

I found this forum post elsewhere, which was a good indicator as to where I was going wrong.

Otherwise.. voilá! Though, not freshly baked, re-heated is still pretty rad, so feel free to take a look. Aside all this, I would like to thank you for contributing a solution, it's much appreciated =D
