Not a patch on Ok Computer and The Bends but good all the same.
Pull/Pulk Revolving Doors can feck off though, and Treefingers is growing on me.
However Thom Yorke is far too miserbale in some songs and everything is 50% better live, especially Motion Picture Soundtrack.
Must be the miserable weather.
Anyway I like them again, however I will be a bit peed if we get a carbon copy of these two for the next album.
That's about it.
:)
Was watching the top 100 albums thing the other day on VH1. Bends was something like 6th, Computer 11th. Joshua Tree was first, if you were wondering.
But anyway, in an interview, I still can't work out if he was serious or not, Thom said this:
"None of the songs on Ok Computer are serious. It's all just a big joke really, from start to finish."
He then went on to say about how Paranoid Android was definitely a joke.
"You shouldn't take them seriously, it really surprises me how many people do."
