This is in regards to the GAD I won at the end of last year.

The voucher letter is dated 15/01/2013. My dad tried to use them against an order today, and was told that they'd already been used. I've checked his gift cerficate history, as well as my own, and I've also asked my sister to check hers, and there is no history of the code being used on any of the accounts.

Just wondering if a used code might have been sent by accident on the letter? Just a possibility among many, but I'm very certain that they haven't been redeemed or sent to anybody I know, but they have apparently been redeemed nonetheless.

Thanks

We do keep a record of which codes were sent where, its just really that we'd usually prefer to deal with issues such as this directly where voucher codes or other secure information needs to be confirmed. It also helps to fully ensure that we are looking at the same voucher to prevent any further confusion down the line.

I'll need to pass this on to the person who handles this and will get back to you as soon as I have any information.

Edit: Just to add that only the voucher code itself was needed, you don't need to send through any screenshots or Amazon account history.

Not quite sure what I can send through that will be of much use. There's no way to check who used a code or when it was used I guess, but was hoping you might keep a log of some sort of who was sent what code. Anyway, will send an email with the Amazon code I was given. I can send the Amazon gift certificate history from the Amazon accounts my family use, but I'm not sure that's relevant at the moment (if you need verification on this, I can send screenshots in another email later on).

Thanks

This is something that we'll have to look into to see if there has been a problem. Would you mind just sending an email through to [email protected] with the information you have so that we can have a look please?
