Hi loopylee,

There is no need to put in a Support request for this, if it is just a new 'htdocs' folder you require you can create this yourself. Simply creating a new folder within the root, calling it 'htdocs', and uploading your files into there will get your website up-and-running.

NB: This will only work for htdocs, and not any other folder you may find/have found within the root directory.

Hi loopylee and welcome to the forums ...

whoops ... think you may need to grab a support ticket! ...

the 'new' folder will require permissions!
