It seems TT/CPW/Opal are beating BT with an aggressive roll out of their LLU kit - this is reaching many exchanges where BT 21CN isn't available and has decent UK coverage.
Even my own ancient exchange now has this as my only non-BTw option!
TT famously have a Customer Service *record* - but apparently suppliers (similar to yourselves) that resell using this LLU kit have a decent product.
Is there any chance that you could investigate using this widely available LLU kit in the future for your customers?
Thanks.
[s]Hmmm...[/s] ... You're surrounded by towns that have a good broadband availability (FTTC and cable) so BT should 'fill in' at some point.
At the end of the day ... is this sort of conversation acceptable within today's high internet usage?
I'm wondering how far the FTTC push will go and whether it will cover many small exchanges like yours. You're surrounded by towns that have a good broadband availability (FTTC and cable) so BT should 'fill in' at some point.
