While attaching a newly purchase 'face cover' to my GBA i noticed a notch in the GBA which goes through the back of the GBA to the side. To find this have the screen facing you, and turn the GBA over. Look towards the right hand side of the GBA and there is a hole just above the bottom screw. I was just wondering what this hole was for. Any ideas.

Thanks

Is it the oneunder the code number? If it is I can tell you it is an adjustable screw for brightness,DON'T STOP READING,it is dangerous and can muck up your GBA,why may you ask? Because it is a voltage flicker, giving the impression of greater brightness SO DON'T TOUCH IT!!! I am not joking.

Surposedly Japanese people like attaching things to things like GBA's, so they put that there so they could!

And I can't believe you bought one of those face covers!

LOL

I held a GBA in a shop with one on the other day, and found that it made using the buttons quite annoying!

Waste o' space if ya ask me!

Is there a European/ English strap, or is it one of those things that the Japanese decided not to release over here????

Hmmmm......interesting.
I think it's probably nothing special, maybe where something clips on, like the light magnifier or battery pack that also adds extra grip.

It doesn't look like a slot for an adaptor or anything, but it is quite strange I spose.
