I suggest you raise a Support Ticket with Freeola so they can investigate.

Hi and welcome to the forums!
Can you find out from your clients what message/error they are receiving for the ones that have mail returned?
In the past Freeola didn't used to issue a failure message (as spammers can use this to find addresses) - I'm just testing both standard and 'pro' accounts at the moment.
EDIT: Nothing back to far - 30mins later.
If you are using whitelisting I take it your query relate to Freeola's EmailPro?
