None of my email accounts have been able to connect to the server since yesterday.
I have spoken to support and they suggest it could be a firewall issue. I have disabled the Mac's firewall and a 3rd party firewall and I am still unable to ping the email server, even though I can ping Skype for example.
I am using Outlook 2011 for Mac.
Any ideas?
Thanks.
Neil

I could do a Time Machine but I want to leave that for the time being.
EDIT: I have cleared the cache in my 3rd party security software and reset the protection configuration. The connections have all restored.
Thanks

Were you making changes or did things just stop working on their own?
If it 'was' working; on a Mac can't you 'go back in time' not familiar with the jargon to when things were ok?
If you still have your Windows machine is that working normally?
