Can anyone tell me the upshot (in a very few words) if there is anything in the new terms and condition changes that matters to the average gamer or is it, as it looks, a load of waffle?
Presume you are referring to the updated XBL terms & conditions? I reckon it's to allow MS to spy on you using Kinect..... Yep, that's clearly what it was made for, think you are safe crazily shaking your booty to the latest Dance Central game? Bill Gates has been locked up in a hidden tower looking at you and millions of others the whole time, just stroking his white cat........and laughing.....
As you probably guessed I actually have no idea but accepted the terms like most other people without even reading them. Reckon it's probably something like closing some loophole that prevents anyone from attempting to sue MS should they have wished to try.
