I'd like to transfer in my .com so that I can start using the free e-mail when my existing mail package comes up for renewal.
I have domain privacy as I'm not a business.
I understand that generally you need to change the whois address to transferin but is there anyway to do the transfer with just the EPP code if I talk to support.

While it is possible to transfer TLDR domain names into our holding without the Admin e-mail address changing, it is not normally recommended for a smooth transfer.
As part of the transfer process, a series of e-mails will be sent to the admin e-mail address which need a prompt response, failure to do so can (and will) result in a delay in this process.
If this e-mail address is set to one of ours, we can quickly facilitate and keep up to date with these transfers. Changing this address to ours can also help reduce the amount of 'spam' received to yourself.
However, if you would like to transfer your domain name into us without changing this address, please contact Support through the usual channels and we can arrange this.

I'm not sure I understand all of your query so I'll let Freeola answer the specifics but I thought you would just need to sign up for Domain Privacy with Freeola when you transfer your .com domain in?
