u know in the intro hes at the liberty city bank and chasing her and the securicars are out side ,its not a real town just a street theres only certain places to land there,no cars about no people hence the name ghost town

i just tryed it in the plane i found it hard but eventually i reached it unlike the guy in gamefaqs i acctually managed to land on a reall big area of it sooooooooo cool
