trying to start building my site, got as far as selecting initial theme page comes up "502 bad gateway" whats this?

I've done some tweaking server side and editing and saving your pages seems to be ok now.

We're looking into this right now....

Apologies if you feel the support team did not take your problem seriously - I've just a quick look in your account and have been able to recreate the problem.

I opened one of your InstantPro sites, selected Page Manager and then opened a page to edit. I didn't make any changes and clicked Finish - I then saw the Bad Gateway message.

Once it appears, it seems to persist. It's definitely something that our systems guys need to look in to.

I'll make them aware of your problem and I'll let you know what they say. It probably won't be until Monday though.

I see a reply saying that the "Bad Gateway" problem had been fixed but it still persists intermittently for me. It usually pops up when I click to open Page Manager but sometimes it lets me amend and save a page but then reappears when I select "Finish". This is all very frustrating and has haunted me for several weeks now. The help line seemed singularly uninterested in my discomfort the last time I spoke to them
