I opened one of your InstantPro sites, selected Page Manager and then opened a page to edit. I didn't make any changes and clicked Finish - I then saw the Bad Gateway message.
Once it appears, it seems to persist. It's definitely something that our systems guys need to look in to.
I'll make them aware of your problem and I'll let you know what they say. It probably won't be until Monday though.
