It's a Platformer for the PS2.
With lots of guns in it as well. Its very good, I'm suprised you haven't heard of it.

We'll se, I'm getting it for Christmas as well along with Ratchet &Clank.
I played it once, for about 10 minutes, before putting SmackDown 4 back in to play that. I'll give it another go... one day
